A Traveller's View | Pulau Kapas

Pulau Kapas (Kapas Island) means Cotton Island. Some locals will have you believe it revers to its soft white beaches. But the "real legend" says the name comes from the time when pirates were hanged from the trees with white cotton cloth.
Kapas Island is relatively unheard of in the tourist circuit, so it's the ideal getaway for those who love peace and quite on unspoiled beaches surrounded by clear, warm water, ideal for snorkelling.
